Due to the nature of our business, personal information that can identify individuals will often be part of the system we are providing. E.g. a mobile phone number as part of a contract. Our VoIP system also contains names and telephone number as part of its standard configuration. Access to systems is restricted to specific individuals who will maintain and service our products.

We keep your contact information for the duration you are a customer. We will then dispose your information by deletion from our CRM system.
